According to this statement, the disarmament agreement with the Soviet Union should not be reached in exchange for shying away from peace and human rights under pressure. The report of the UN Special Committee on Hungary strengthens the cause of world peace. The immediate reconvening of the Eleventh Session of Unites Nations is supported by this organization.
