Deeply moving speech about the importance of the Hungarian revolution for the whole of humanity. He links this anniversary with the anniversary of the entry into force of the United Nations Chapter. By this Chapter, the nations of the world dedicated themselves to certain purposes. In addition to peace, the other most important purpose is self-determination, and was the goal of the Hungarian uprising - to regain independence from foreign control.
