Article reporting on letter from IULA appealing to all members on behalf of Hungarian refugees. Letter encouraged members to facilitate resettlement of Hungarian refugees in their countries and support and intensify relief efforts. Responses to the appeal show members' cooperation with relief efforts. Article also mentions Council of Europe resolution that recommends a collective contribution be given to Austrian government and that member states facilitate the resettlement of Hungarian refugees in their countries.
