Sándor Kiss, professor of philosophy and education, an organizer of the Independent Smallholders' Party, leader of the Peasant Alliance, and Secretary General of the Hungarian Revolutionary Council, made a statement. He talked about the causes and demands of the revolution, explained who participated in the revolution, and gave an account of the events of the first and last days.
