Összefoglalás
Representatives of France, Romania, Bolivia, China, Bulgaria, and Hungary present their considerations on this agenda item. The resolution was passed with 54 votes for, 10 against and 15 abstentions. Prince Wan of Thailand expressed his sincere regrets that his best efforts were not good enough to penetrate the iron curtain of non-cooperation, and extended his best wishes to the next representative of the United Nations on the question of Hungary, Sir Leslie Munro, "in a noble cause which deserves the unfailing support of the United Nations until it finally prevails".
