The Hungarian Question under the heading "The Situation of Hungary", Item No. 69 on the Agenda of the Thirteenth General Assembly, will soon come up for discussion. Memorandum expresses the fervent hope that the minimum action the General Assembly will take will be to reject the credentials of the Kádár's regime's delegation to the UN.
