A kész anyagokat stencilgépen sokszorosítottak és 140-200 közötti példányszámban terjesztették. Habár a kapott információt angolul írták le, akad egy-két eredeti nyelven készült kivonat is. Az 1951-1972 között előállított teljes információs dokumentum-mennyiségnek csak egy része maradt fenn, az viszont mind ebben a gyűjteményben található meg, s olyan témákat ölel fel, mint propaganda és kommunikáció, ellenállás és tisztogatások, párt- és állami apparátusszervezet, valamint makrogazdasági kérdések, politika, és antikommunista mozgalmak, informális gazdaság (vesztegetés, korrupció, seftelés), politikai korrupció (alibik, kémek, deviáns személyek) és kisebb mértékű felforgató megmozdulások (viccek, plakátok).
